David Chiwanga
David Chiwanga was a Malawian Member of Parliament who was one of the ''Mwanza Four''.〔(MALAWI NEWS ONLINE #34 )〕 He was the MP for the Chikwawa District〔Richard Carver, Where Silence Rules: Dissent- Malawi - http://books.google.com/books?hl=en&lr=&id=ZyIpVV3FZlAC&oi=fnd&pg=PP4&dq=Malawi+Police&ots=nWqdKzN5l2&sig=y-EraVl0oy2qWiHJSbzfauDFp_Y#v=onepage&q=Malawi%20Police&f=false〕 and was thought to be a secret critic of President Kamuzu Banda. He disappeared in 1983 together with three cabinet ministers: Dick Matenje, Aaron Gadama, and Twaibu Sangala.〔(Daniel N. Posner - Malawi's New Dawn - Journal of Democracy 6:1 )〕 Their deaths were ruled accidental by Kamuzu Banda.
